At EZ Ride we think transparent communication is very important. On this page, you can find the most frequently asked questions and their answer. If the answer to your question is not on this list, you can always contact us.
1. When will my order be delivered?
In de EZ-Ride web shop zie je bij elk product meteen of het artikel voorradig is en hoe lang de voorziene levertermijn is. Die termijn hangt af van onze huidige voorraad en kan dus verschillen naargelang de kleur die je kiest en/of de accessoires die je aan je bestelling toevoegt.
In the EZ-Ride web shop you can immediately see whether the desired product is in stock and how long it would take for delivery. That term depends on our current stock and can therefore vary depending on the colour you choose and/or the accessories that you add to your order.
For standard items in stock, delivery time would normally take 5 working days.
For customized products, large numbers or non-stock items, we will confirm you the delivery time. If you would like to order a scooter, bike or an EZ Rider that is not in stock, just send us a message to get informed about the estimated delivery time. Or send an email to our resellers to see if they may still have the items in stock.
You will probably like the fact that EZ Ride articles are not produced in gigantic numbers, but just made-to-order manufactured. On demand and with a lot of care and attention to detail just to guarantee nothing less than impeccable top quality. Therefore, it may sometimes happen that a different delivery period is stated under the product of your choice.
2. Do I have to be home for delivery?
Since your package won’t fit in your mailbox, it is convenient that you are home to accept the delivery. You will receive an email as soon as the goods are ready for shipment. In the email, you will find a track & trace link, so you can approximately know when your package will be delivered to you.
If you are not present at the time of the delivery, then the courier will bring the package back for a second listing. We won’t drop such a valuable order at the neighbours!
In case you won’t be home the second time either, the parcel will be delivered back to us. Up to you to reach out for an appointment, to finally receive your order. Mind you: a 3rd offer may incur additional charges.
You can also choose to pick up your order personally at our shop in Oudenaarde.
3. What countries do you deliver to?
EZ-Ride can deliver at any address in Belgium or the Netherlands. Delivery in other countries is also possible on request.
4. Can I come pick up my order?
When you order an EZ Rider, bike or scooter via the web shop you have the option to select “home delivery” or “local pick up”. For a local pick up at our showroom in Oudenaarde, we can fix an appointment so you wouldn’t come for nothing in case we’re away that day.
5. What can I do if my package was damaged?
Please take the time to check your delivery fully and thoroughly. See if all parts are included in the package and check the condition of the goods. Report any shortages or damages directly via email. Describe how you have found your parcel and add pictures for possible clarification. We will immediately take the necessary actions.
1. How secure are the EZ-Ride products?
Don’t worry. All EZ-Ride products have been extensively tested and approved and they meet up to all legal standards. EZ Steps, EZ Riders and EZ Bikes all have the mandatory CE approval. These certificates can easily be obtained upon request.
Essential elements such as electrical motors, disc brakes and batteries are coming from well-known and reliable top manufacturers, those components have successfully passed all technical tests.
2. What product warranty do you offer?
For all EZ-Ride orders, the statutory warranty period is valid. As a private consumer, you receive a 2-year certificate of compliance.
If during that period, you notice a lack that is due to a production error, the article will be repaired at the expense of the manufacturer under warranty. Of course, if there is no normal wear and tear or non-appropriate use.

3. I have change my mind and want to return my purchase
According to the legal right of withdrawal as a private consumer you have 14 calendar days to change your mind for a “distance selling” such as a web shop order. If you want to abandon your purchase within that time, then a written confirmation is sufficient.
The cancellation is free of charge if the item has not yet been delivered within the 14 calendar days.
If your order was already shipped, and you have changed your mind you can still return your purchase. This if the item hasn’t been used yet and is still in the original packaging. However, any delivery and/or return costs will be charged to you.

2. I don't have a bike shop, but I want to become an EZ-Ride PARTNER. Is that possible?
Of course! We have worked out an interesting formula for cool stores and trendy hot spots. Feel free to read our dealer page for more information or get in touch straight away to discuss a possible win-win formula.
3. I want to place an order for my company, but still have some questions.
Reach out to us if you are considering to place an order. So we can make up a custom price proposal for you and discuss the possibilities for a personalized product right away.
4. Can I order a personalised EZ Rider, e-bike or electric scooter?
Yes. Personalization with stickers and a full colour printed wrapping is possible on all our products. We can even design, print and paste that wrapping from A to Z. Please get in touch so we can discuss the possibilities together. We’d love to visit your company and see from there. Or do you prefer to stop by our showroom in Oudenaarde for an introduction, demonstration and test drive?
5. What are the possibilites for one-time events, actions or product placement?

1. I can’t pay online, what should I do?
If you don’t have a card reader for online banking or for some other reason do not want to or cannot pay online, choose “bank transfer” as a payment option. We will provide you with the necessary payment information to do your payment through a regular bank transfer. Your order will be processed as soon as we have received the payment.
2. How do I know if my online order has made its way back to you?
After the final step in the online ordering process you always receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order. Please check your spam folder if you think that you haven’t received it. In case you don’t find it in your spam folder either, contact us asap so we can look into this.
3. What is included in the price?
The prices in the web shop are listed including and excluding the 21% VAT. The transport costs are not included. These are listed separately in the shopping cart and calculated on the total weight and volume vane of your order and according to the delivery address (Netherlands or Belgium).
Belgian customers will also be charged for the mandatory environmental contribution for electrical appliances and batteries (RECUPEL & BEBAT contribution).
4. Where do I find the best deal and prices?
At EZ-Ride we use a transparent and consistent pricing. This applies both to the prices in the web shop and the prices that our resellers offer. This means that the prices are basically the same everywhere. No need to spend time in the quest for the cheapest price, because you will hardly notice differences. For large orders, you might want to contact us so we can offer you a customized price.

If you happen to notice a large price difference, then we kindly ask you to notify us immediately so we can take the necessary actions to maintain this fair price vision everywhere and on all our products.
5. Can I buy a personalised EZ Bike, EZ Rider or EZ scooter?
Of course you can. For each EZ-Ride product we can offer a fully customized version of your EZ Rider, EZ Bike or EZ scooter by wrapping it with a full colour printed film.
